I am no food blogger BUT cooking at home is key so I make it work.
This super simple, super delicious AND super cheap meal will be a life saver on those days when your plan maybe didn’t go right and you need something right now!
This is a one pot meal and can be made in the crock pot or on the stove.
- 1/2 lb or 1 lb hamburger, browned*
- 3 cans beans (black, pinto, kidney, chili etc)
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 can diced green chilies (can be omitted)
- DIY Taco Seasoning: chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, paprika, cumin
Don’t drain any of the canned items just throw them in to the pot and heat through. That’s it!
*If you choose to do 1/2lb for budgeting reason add another can of beans.
